AutoCAD Intermediate

AutoCAD Intermediate training is for users who:

• Have attended our AutoCAD Essentials course, or
• Know the basics of using AutoCAD but wish to build on their skills.

Prerequisites: Delegates should have a working knowledge of AutoCAD and know how to create and edit basic AutoCAD objects. 

AutoCAD Intermediate training covers the following areas:

DAY 1

• Drawing objects
• Manipulating objects and data
• Template drawing creation
• Dimensioning and annotation

DAY 2

• Reusable content
• Blocks and attributes
• Dynamic blocks
• Layer management and best practices
• Layouts and views
  

DAY 3

• Plotting
• Introduction to sheet sets
• Working with tables

Scheduled AutoCAD Intermediate training courses run in 2012 are based on AutoCAD 2012 / AutoCAD LT 2012, although most of the techniques taught are relevant to all recent releases of AutoCAD. If you are using a different version of AutoCAD, the trainer will be happy to spend time looking at this with you during the course.

On-demand courses for groups can be run on any recent version, from AutoCAD 2000 to AutoCAD 2012.

Scheduled AutoCAD Intermediate training courses (for individuals) are hosted in Bromsgrove in the Midlands.

On-demand AutoCAD Intermediate courses (for your group) can be run on a date and at a location that suits you, which may be our training centre in Bromsgrove or your venue.

Autodesk e-certificate

We are an Autodesk authorised Training Centre (ATC), and our AutoCAD Intermediate training course is accredited by Autodesk. Delegates receive an Autodesk e-certificate to confirm they have attended and successfully completed an accredited AutoCAD training course.

AutoCAD certification

Autodesk (the developers of AutoCAD) offer a program of professional certification. Armada is an Autodesk Certification Centre (ACC), authorised to hold AutoCAD examinations that lead to industry-recognised 'Autodesk certified' status in AutoCAD.

Following all AutoCAD courses, delegates are entitled to 30 days email support from Armada to help with any post-training issues.

Scheduled AutoCAD Intermediate course (3 days): £495 + VAT per delegate. This price is inclusive of all relevant course documentation, refreshments and a buffet lunch. Discounts available for multiple bookings.

On-demand AutoCAD Intermediate course, exclusively for your group (3 days): £1,400 + VAT for the first delegate, plus £100 + VAT per subsequent delegate. This is for a course hosted in Bromsgrove. Please 'Request information' for a price for running this course at your venue, or any other options you may be considering.
