Suitability and application
This course is intended for beginners in Adobe Illustrator. You just need to have good computer skills.
Some previous knowledge of design software would be helpful, but is not essential.

An introduction to Adobe Illustrator and the tools and techniques used to create simple artwork and designs.
Creating a new Illustrator document
Starting a new document
Viewing the document and working in artwork or preview modes
Grids, guides, and other features to help you accurately position objects
Adding and using guidelines - locking and unlocking, positioning accurately

Opening, shrinking and expanding to see extra options
