The trainer, David Rose, is an Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI), and an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in RoboHelp. I found the course extremely helpful. I had used the system on a very basic level before this session, but now feel confident to go away and use it. I felt comfortable asking questions and all the questions I asked were answered.
