Building on the principles covered in the ITIL Foundation course, this course offers a granular view of the processes involved in defining service offerings and constructing service level agreements.
This ITIL Capability: Service Offerings & Agreements is designed for individuals looking for a deeper understanding of processes involved in establishing service offerings and agreements and how they may be used to enhance the quality of IT service provision within an organisation.
Individuals working in the area of Service Portfolio Management, Service Catalogue Management, Service Level Management, Demand Management, Supplier Management, Financial Management and Business Relationship Management will find this course especially beneficial.
Pre-requisites: It is mandatory for delegates to hold the ITIL® V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management or V2 to V3 bridge equivalent.
Before taking the course it is recommended, though not required, that candidates have exposure to basic concepts in IT and related work experience of at least two years.

The examination for this ITIL Capability: Service Offerings & Agreements will consist of :
*(Candidates sitting the examination in English and who do not have English as their first language will be allowed 120 minutes to allow use of a dictionary.)
The pass mark will be 70% or more.
Successful candidates will be awarded 4 credits towards the ITIL® Expert qualification. Exam to be charged separately
