The Network+ Certification Course covers the Latest 2009 CompTIA Network+ Certification syllabus. CompTIA Network+ certification ensures that the successful candidate has the important knowledge and skills necessary to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, install, operate and configure basic network infrastructure, describe networking technologies, basic design principles, and adhere to wiring standards and use testing tools.

Certification Exam Objectives Map
PLEASE NOTE: The Network+ Certification Course is designed as a theory-based course but does contain all relevant information on how to complete practical exercises. The course books that we use are Official CompTIA Press Course materials.
The home study course is originally designed as an Instructor led course but is a convenient learning tool for individuals who do not have the flexibility to attend traditional classroom training, and because of this format it details the practical elements in greater detail than other courses available.

CertBlaster covers mock examination questions in multiple choice or multiple answer formats. This software is the perfect addition to help prepare for your exam.
Pre-Requirements:
It is recommended that students have completed the A+ Certification Course and have experience of Networks and Networking equipment, but this is not a requirement.
To complete the practical elements of this home study course, students would require access to multiple PC�s as well as networking equipment & toolkit.
Course Duration & Support:
Students may register at any time. The home study courses are designed as self-study courses but if you have any problems you can email our email support. As the home study course is self study you can complete in as little or as long a time as you prefer, and we do not impose a cut-off date for study.
Assessment:
Assessment is from the Network+ Certification 220-701 and Examination. The Examination has 100 questions in a multiple choice/multiple answer format. The Exam is graded on a scale of 100 - 900 with a minimum passing score of 720.
Qualification:
On completion of the Network+ home study course, you can apply for the Internationally Recognised CompTIA Network+ N10-004 Examination.
Examinations must be sat at a registered Prometric or Pearson VUE testing centre and are currently �169.00 + VAT each.
