Course Objectives

Delegates will learn how to navigate within 11i Oracle E-Business Suite.  They will be able to explain in concept the major architectural components of 11i Oracle E-Business Suite.  Delegates will practice defining Key and Descriptive Flexfields.  They will appreciate key shared entities across the 11i Oracle E-Business Suite.  They will learn the key features and benefits of 11i Oracle Workflow.  They will understand the basic tasks and concepts behind 11i Oracle System Administration. Finally they will learn about the functionality of Oracle Workflow and Oracle Alerts.

Requirements

A general awareness of the business processes to be managed and the areas of the eBusiness Suite being used or implemented in the delegates' own organization would be advantageous.
