Pcmasterclass & A+ Course Bundle
The Pcmasterclass & A+ Certification Course Bundle contains both home study courses and gives you the opportunity to complete both courses for a saving of �70.00.
The Pcmasterclass Course is an innovative step-by-step course, which teaches you everything you need to know about PC hardware, the Windows operating system and communication and networks. On successful completion of the course you will receive a recognised level 2 award (Comparable to working at GCSE or NVQ Level 2) issued by NCFE.
The A+ Certification Course is all you need to learn the valuable skills, knowledge and technical recognition required to apply for you�re A+ Examinations that will open the door to better career opportunities.
Pre-Requirements:
There are no particular entry requirements for the home study courses but we advise that all students have a good general knowledge of using PCs, the Windows operating system and Windows-based software.
Course Duration & Support:
Students may register at any time and have a full year to complete your Pcmasterclass Course. You also have access to a personal tutor by mail or email for a 12 month period. The A+ Certification course is designed as self-study courses but if you have any problems you can email our email support. As the home study courses are self study you can complete in as little or as long a time as you prefer, and we do not impose a cut-off date for study.
Assessment:
For the Pcmasterclass Course you are assessed on coursework which is detailed in the course materials. For the A+ Certification Course, assessment is from the A+ Certification 220-701 and 220-702 Examinations. Examinations are in a multiple choice/multiple answer format and are 90 minutes in length each.
Qualifications:
On successful completion of the Pcmasterclass Course, students will receive the appropriate Level 2 PC Technology Award issued by NCFE.
The award is issued through NCFE. NCFE is recognised as an awarding body by the qualification regulators ('regulators') for England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The award has been independently accredited at a level of learning equivalent to level 2 on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and is comparable to working at GCSE or NVQ Level 2.
On Completion of the A+ Certification Courses, you can apply for your internationally recognised A+ 220-701 and 220-702 Examinations.
Examinations must be sat at a registered Prometric or Pearson VUE testing centre and are currently �114.00 + VAT each.

When studying via Distance Learning, there is no need to attend a classroom, so there is no waste of time or other resources spent commuting to specific location for each class.
