PRINCE2® 2009 Blended Learning Foundation and Practitioner + 3-day training course
This blended learning PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner intensive two or three day course is designed to maximize examination success, but also to provide flexibility and value. In this course Foundation preparation is by supported distance learning; class attendance for the Foundation exam & Practitioner classroom based exam preparation and exam. If you want to take the foundation exam and then come on another course at a later date for the Practitioner stage of the course we are happy to offer this as one of the many combinations available. This course is designed to be flexible so please discuss your requirements with us.
By the end of this PRINCE2 Blended Learning Foundation and Practitioner course participants will be able to:
- Understand how to plan and organize PRINCE2® projects
- Use the PRINCE2® method to ensure product quality is delivered
- Follow the processes to complete a successful PRINCE2® project
- Prepare project plans using product based planning techniques
- Undertake risk analysis and management for the project
- Tailor the PRINCE2® method to appropriately to projects
- Complete the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner examinations

Suitability and application
This PRINCE2 Blended Learning Foundation and Practitioner course is designed for Project Managers, Team Managers and Project Support / Assurance for delegates requiring flexibility to work at their own pace with limited time to pass PRINCE2® exams.
There are no prerequisites for this course, but aminimum of 40 hours Foundation study is recommended; reading, interactive CD & e-support are all provided.

Outcome / Qualification etc.
EXAMS: The Foundation exam is one hour multiple choice. The Practitioner exam is a two and a half hour case study based exam using an objective test format (which is a sophisticated multiple choice). Exams are held during our open courses which are held at Bournemouth, Gatwick or Central London.
On successful completion of the examination participants will be awarded the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate.
Expenses
This PRINCE2 Course can be taken as either a Residential or Non-Residential course.
The cost for Non-Residential is £795 + VAT.
The cost for Residential is £965 + VAT.
